Which Baroque Works fruit could have been the most powerful?

I think the main ones are:

Mr 3 - candle wax
Miss Goldenweek - can paint on someone to change their mood - nm, not a fruit. Damn, had potential if it was.
Mr 1 - steel

Here are the other powers:
Miss Doublefinger - Spike Fruit (Toge) - can make spikes out of body or from objects, can inject self somehow and become stronger temporarily (like steroids)
Mr 5 - Explosion Fruit (Bomu) - can make any part of body or anything coming from his body explode
Miss Valentine - Weight Fruit (Kilo) - can become heavy or lighter
Miss Christmas - Mole (Mogu) - can become a human/mole (animal)
Mr 2/Bon Clay - Clone (Mane) - can change his face/physique/voice to match someone else who he's ever touched
Lasoo - Dog Fruit (Inu) - can become a half gun-half dog
