Which gap is bigger between UI Sign Goku (Episode 110) over Genkidama vs Gap between Genkidama over Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 (Episode 109)?

Could go either way, but if I had to choose I’d say the Genki-Dama should be closer to UI Sign since Goku thought the Genki-Dama could beat Jiren and Kefla only needed SSJ2 to go from Genki-Dama level to above UI Sign.

I would make the U7 Genkidama way more powerful than Trunks since the people who powered it up were infinitely stronger than the people who powered up Trunks Genkidama.
Also UIS Goku is less than 2x the Genkidama due to Kefla unless you believe Kefla's SSJ2 has a larger than 2 times multiplier.

Excellent point. The thing is, I thought Kefla SSJ2 was powering up as UI Sign Goku increased his Ki at the start of Episode 106.
Indeed it may be that Kefla SSJ2 was only using her maximum power and only at the end of that episode does she have a Power Up.

I think I can go with Jedi Trunks > Merged Zamasu. The thing is, Trunks was fighting Zamasu even before he made the Genki Sword…

That was just a Ki blade he put because the metal one was broken. It didn’t make him any stronger.

I was thinking what if Gigant Zamasu, instead of being more weakened, his speed was reduced to the level of Future Trunks SSJRage?
The Golden Sword is simply extremely powerful.

He did lose a lot of speed, but Trunks was outwrestling him in a sword struggle at one point.
The golden sword isn’t a power up though, unless it’s one that made him Vegetto level.

The Genkidama is likely closer to UI Omen rather than Kaioken x20 considering the Genkidama exceeds the power that Trunks' Genkidama contained which was enough to kill someone on Vegetto Blue's caliber.
Don't forget that while SSJ Kefla was compared to the Genkidama that crashed into Goku, Whis explicitly mentions Genkidama "combo" because the explosion onto Goku's body that was the catalyst for Ultra Instinct not only consisted of the U7 Genkidama but the energies of Jiren and KKx20 Blue Goku clashing against eachother. That caused the energy of the U7 Genkidama to increase and expand way beyond its limits before it exploded. That makes it a bit trickier to evalulate solely based on comparing Kefla's SSJ2 boost from her Super Saiyan form.

You got it wrong. Vegeta was comparable to Toppo and yet Toppo was impressed by Berserker Kale's power. Blue Vegeta was even concerned about it. Jiren exerts a power far beyond Berserker Kale to one-shot her which the narrator even talks about. In contrast, Goku finally earns the respect of Jiren and forces him to finally display his "overwhelming power" which Belmod and his Angel even talks about. They make it a big deal and suggest that all fighters would lose hope if Jiren defeated Goku.
The fact that Jiren finally needed to display even more power to fight Blue Goku would mean:
Blue Goku (vs. Jiren) >= Jiren (vs. Kale) > Berserker Kale/Blue Vegeta/Toppo
Where does Base Kefla fall in all of this? Well, Blue Vegeta was concerned about her power and was distracted by it while fighting Toppo. I think it's clear that Base Kefla was much more powerful than him which coincides with Base Kefla being stronger than SSJ2 Kale who is stronger than Berserker Kale. This is the same Kale that fought Blue Goku as the narrator explicitly states that Kale had become berserk again. Goku even has flashbacks of Kale and compares Kale's enraged state to his first encounter with her. As such, this is my power chain:
Blue Goku (vs. Jiren) > Base Kefla > SSJ2 Kale > Berserker Kale/Blue Goku(Initial)/Blue Vegeta(Initial)/Toppo > SSJ2 Goku (vs. Kale/Caulifa) > SSJ Kale
Edit: I just rewatched the part where Kale joins the fight. Berserker Kale is definitely around Blue Vegeta and Toppo's power. Toppo (as he's battling Vegeta) states that Berserker Kale's energy is tremendous and claims that Saiyans should not be underestimated. Blue Vegeta is even distracted by it. The implication couldn't be more clear here.

So why Frieza tells Cabba in Episode 112 that once he's done with Cabba, he'll play with the 2 Saiyans, if Kale Berserker SSJ is so strong?
What do you think of Kale SSJ2 vs Jiren (When he hits Kale Berserker SSJ2)?
