Which parents would set Pan straight?

Let's say, Pan did something real naughty and her parents didn't wanna deal with it anymore. Which one would set her down the right path?

Vegeta and Bulma. The rest of them, other than Goku, lack the power or strictness to put her in her place.

Goku and Chi Chi imo. She's annoying as Chi Chi and she always wanted to fight just like Goku.

I'd say Chi-Chi and Goku. They are her grandparents. Goku would be as laxed and nonchalant with her like he is with everyone else but Chi Chi was the strict disciplinarian of the household when raising Goten and Gohan. So I can see her setting Pan straight.

Vegeta and Bulma. Not only do you have a pretty lenient/strict mom, but the dad (Vegeta) would simply be a strict parent. (Want proof? Look at how he occasionally deals with Trunks.)
