He just doesn't seem to care enough to give an answer that'd make sense, too anymore. He did write DragonBall, though and for that he's good, even-though a-lot of credit should go to the editors too probably.

True. I did kind-of wonder why after all these years just now he wanted to come-back to DragonBall. So many years later. He did sound like he'd never write DragonBall ever again, though when he left. Some of the things he said made it seem that way, like "I'm done with this shit."

Yeah, around the time he ended the manga he definitely seemed like he was through with the shit. He actually said back when he made Blue Dragon in 2008 that he was thinking of retiring, but DB Evoluion must've been so bad he wanted to mess up the series himself

He did sound uncertain about it, but I guess he changed his thoughts.

But that might be a reason why DB-Super sucks so bad now. He was already thinking about retiring almost 10 years ago.
