As I said back there, Satan won a Budokai Tenkaichi. Most of the normal people who go there are peak human level. He cleared the finals himself. I'm pretty sure this guarantees himself at least above peak human level.

No one stands a chance here.

Unless I stab him in the back, unlikely. Depending on the terrain I might be able to take advantage of his showboat nature and get him to step into a bog or something and then kill him with a rock, though.
