    Not quite as much as I used to. I understand why you're even asking, though. Since starting a low carb lifestyle back in 2017, I can't retain as much water, so the amount is less. I don't have an exact number, but a rough estimate is about the equivalent of 10-12 half liter bottles of water, which is easily 2.5-3x less than what I used to drink. You should ask me what I eat now, and how much! :alex2
