Goku SSJ4 when he throws the Kamehameha x10 to Yi Xing Long, Goku says he used his best attack. That means that his Kamehameha x10 is even better technique than the Dragon's Fist.

But I have been thinking the following, it would seem that the Fist of the Dragon is the copy of the Monkey Strike that Goku used as a child, which could perfectly have a multiplier of 10x since that fist has the image of Oozaru.

Maybe the Kamehameha x10 is as powerful as the Dragon's Fist, but the radius of the Kamehameha x10 is higher, therefore the Kamehameha x10 is just as powerful as the Dragon Fist, but it is better technique.

What do you think?

The statement of the 10x Kamehameha being Goku's best attack seems very inconsistent, considering the Ryu-ken was capable of destroying Super Yi Xing Long's body and Goku never even attempting the 10x Kamehameha, nor was Yi cautious of such. Not only that but the Ryu-ken is often portrayed as a game changer, whereas the 10x Kamehameha never has much more of an effect on an opponent than Goku's regular attacks.

Most evidence seems to point to Ryu-ken >> 10x Kamehameha. As for Goku's statement saying otherwise, there's a few ways to approach this. You could assume Goku wasn't factoring in the Ryu-ken for whatever reason, perhaps somewhat similar to him not factoring in the Genki-Dama with the statement. Maybe the Ryu-ken's a technique without a set multiplier. Whatever the case, the feats point to the Ryu-ken being the stronger technique.

If the GT writers were smart they'd have the Ryu-ken be a technique that immediately reverts Galu back to his base form upon usage so as to justify him exempting that attack from the 10x KHH statement.

I always thought of Ryu-Ken being a 10x multiplier at the very least, but otherwise greater.

Plus, I've always imagined the Spirit Bomb as being Goku's best attack, while the KHH is his signature attack.

It definitely seems to be over 10x and maybe that's a good difference. The Fist of the Dragon is >> Fist of the Oozaru. Apparently the Fist of the Oozaru has a 10x amplifier.
