Increased both Bear Thief and Monster Carrot. Seems reasonable given the respect Monster Carrot was given by Yamcha.

The weaklings at the 21st are hard to place. On one hand I can't see Ranfan or Bacterian being stronger than BoDB Goku, but merely qualifying for the finals in that tournament implies that they are stronger than the Orin Temple Bullies who are stronger than BoDB Krillin...

I’d say they’re weaker than Yamcha. Yamcha saye Bacteria is strong, but his presence doesn’t make him freak out.

What does the bully have to do with this? He lost because he fought Kuririn. Bacteria and others fought and lost. Bacteria and Lanfan didn’t fight anyone nearly as strong, and probably relied on their gimmicks. I’m sure bacteria did.

It's merely about the perception of the finalists. The people who made it are perceived as better than the ones who didn't. The only exceptions I can think of are Chappa and Yajirobe.

I think you can get away with lowering the PLs for the 21st Budokai contestants not named Nam, Krillen, Goku and Roshi.

I think Roshi relaxed~Vs Yamcha are the same.
You can also argue the more effort=//=PL increase for Roshi sped up vs Krillen that most people seem to be on about for Z scaling.

I think Bear Thief can be higher as well.
The thought of farmer with a shotgun stalemating Beat Thief in grappling is quite hilarious tho.

I would agree with the effort thing, they definitely aren’t altering their level of Ki but I still want to show the effort level numerically.

And oh lol the farmer would be 0.5 on this scale at best.

Starting the RRA arc. What do we think about Metallic? I’ve got it at 1.11x right now which seems fair, Goku did seem stronger based on the impact of his attacks, and he wasn’t quite giving it 100% yet as he said at the end of the fight.

Tell me all about ki blast progression my man. You are intending on making a correlating, consistent ki blast amp throughout the series, right?

I can't fathom Monster Carrot going blow for blow with Bear Thief, but he does have some speed feats. I think speed and power aren't always together in Dragonball.

Bear Thief has to be a monster power I'd say.

I've always liked him at 50% Goku more or less. Where's Pterodactyl? And do you have the balls to rate the T-Rex and Triceratops?

Idk about throughout the series. I feel like it's hard to link DB and Z together given how different the logic seems to be. Blast amp has never been my strong point but I'll give it a try.

Monster Carrot has a power feat as well. He's jumping over buildings like it's nothing.

The Kamehameha is very consistent at this point in the series. It’s a force to be reckoned with. 1.33x at least, but I’m leaning towards 1.5x nowadays.

Shouldn’t Roshi be a 40 right off the bat? He’s dodging Yamcha without any effort. Can 1.33x do that?

Yeah Kamehameha and ki blast appear very consistent.

I'd rather make Muscle Tower Goku's full power 65 which was unseen versus Metallic. Gains from the Budokai I guess.

Of course 1.33x can do that. Vegeta was fast enough to make Cui think he was dead lol.

So I think I have Farmer at .0005 lol. It's that bad. Great Ape Fist = 10x Goku has assaulted my whole list. I'm still coping. Haha

Training Goku is scared to death of the T-Rex. Roshi probably has the feats to put him above it though.

Yeah, which is why I always disdagree with you about size and how it works. Size matters, except for a few special ones we happen to focus on

Yeah and it was able to do some stuff to Goku. T-Rex is top dog, no bigger animal than it.
