He got a little stronger after 21st TB and a little stronger after Muscle Tower.
Post Muscle Tower he can one shot his previous self. He’s powered up tremendously.

Of course. Goku was gravely injured by King Piccolo twice and required a sensu, no reason for him not to get a zenkai in both scenarios here

I can see last 3 (maybe... But retroactively, yeah). First 3, he didn't seem near death. Post 21st, he was tired, not near death. He was hurt yeah but mainly exhausted. Post Muscle Tower, he got unconscious with the gun shot but after taking a rest and eating well, he recovered. Post Tambourine, he was unconscious for 2 days or so but he got up kinda dazed and got back to "full power" once eating.
I mean ones not in the first post. Any other times he ate a senzu bean?
Food works like a sensu bean for Goku in Dragon Ball. But he ate 4 I believe.

No near death experience
Not near death. White's gun almost knocked him out cold and that was it. One meal and a good night's sleep was enough to heal him.
Not near death. Gokuu was out cold, then he woke up, ate a meal and he was fine.
Only near death experience so far. Gokuu was clinically dead for a moment there.
Not near death. He broke a few limbs, but he was never on death's door.
That's the second near death experience.
