Would he eat Tao for breakfast (literally)?
Does Yajirobe get much boost from his sword? No way he hurts Vegeta so much with a punch rather than a sword slash. And he drew the sword to get serious with Cymbal. Does Tao have a chance now?
Yajirobe has far greater potential then all of them.Yajirobe could lose this imo. He was invited to the Budokai by Krillin/Yamcha, but it was said that the gang left Karin Tower and trained on their own until the tournament. Yajirobe never left the tower, thus it's not certain that he continued training as the rest of the group did. He might be around Tao's level at best imo...

No, he surely didn't. But he was much stronger than them from the get go, he had a huge advantage. They needed more training to catch up to him.Sure, but would he make further gains without additional training? I doubt it
Yajirobe is like, "If I got beat like that, these guys are cooked." It's a clear indication that Yamcha and Krillin can't really do anything that Yajirobe can't do more or less of course. One line I find very interesting: Yajirobe said that if he stood no chance against Shen, then Yamcha would stand no chance either. Do you think this implies they're close?

Hmm. Good point.More like they can't beat Yajirobe the way Shen did. Don't you think Yamcha does a lot better than Yajirobe did vs Shen? And there's no way he could fight Piccolo Jr like Kuririn did.
It could mean that, but it could also mean that Shen was so far above Yajirobe that he knew anyone remotely close to his power would have no chance. One line I find very interesting: Yajirobe said that if he stood no chance against Shen, then Yamcha would stand no chance either. Yeah, that's how I take it too.It could mean that, but it could also mean that Shen was so far above Yajirobe that he knew anyone remotely close to his power would have no chance.
Very true. Ox King the GOAT trainer apparently. Getting people up to King Piccolo level all on his own lol.Yeah that's the chain imo. Pretty crazy that Chi Chi is outdoing someone who was trained by Karin lol.
She out performs ChappaChichi can't beat Chiaotzu lol. Impressing Roushi is pretty much Chichi's only feat, which is really nothing since Roushi was fodder by the 23rd Budoukai.
And? Chiaotzu could one-shot Chappa, too.She out performs Chappa
