I think they are close. Yajirobe should be relevant to Yamcha and Krillin, if anyone's stronger, I'm probably going with Tao though. But it could go either way, they should be close.

Yajirobe could lose this imo. He was invited to the Budokai by Krillin/Yamcha, but it was said that the gang left Karin Tower and trained on their own until the tournament. Yajirobe never left the tower, thus it's not certain that he continued training as the rest of the group did. He might be around Tao's level at best imo...

No, he surely didn't. But he was much stronger than them from the get go, he had a huge advantage. They needed more training to catch up to him.

I don't think Yajirobe knew how strong Kuririn and Yamcha were. He is just making a general "this guy is no joke" line.

Chichi can't beat Chiaotzu lol. Impressing Roushi is pretty much Chichi's only feat, which is really nothing since Roushi was fodder by the 23rd Budoukai.

Chiaotzu might physically be weaker than Chichi, but his ESP makes him OP against someone like her. Plus he can fly and shoot Ki blasts like the Dodompa.
