What would have happened if Vegeta had been just as evil after Namek?

I'm referring to when Shenron sent everyone back to Earth, when Frieza and Goku were fighting on Namek.

What would have happened if Vegeta had remained as evil as he was in the Saiyan Saga?

I imagine Vegeta thinking that Goku died along with the explosion of Namek, then he would finish off Gohan, Piccolo, and the others.

After that, I don't know if he would have stayed on Earth or not. I see two scenarios:

1) Vegeta stays on Earth. At some point, Garlic Jr. and his henchmen would have appeared, and Vegeta would have finished them off in an instant. Time passes, Mecha Frieza and King Cold arrive, until Future Trunks and Goku appear. Seeing no Dragon Balls, Goku trains alone for the Android Saga.

Three years pass, and Goku dies of a heart attack. Otherwise, he manages to survive and trains in the Rosie and defeats Semi-Perfect Cell.

Seven years later, Goku is defeated by Dabura.

2. Vegeta leaves Earth. He invades Garlic Jr.'s planet and conquers Earth until he is defeated by Mecha Frieza, or by Vegeta himself if he returns to Earth before Mecha Frieza and King Cold arrive.

What do you think would have happened if Vegeta had remained just as evil?

Could he have been wished back? Wasn't it a condition of the wish to not be really evil?

If he did come back without any change of heart, I'd say he might not kill them because he's stuck on Earth without a space pod. This honestly could be part of why he didn't kill them in the series

Otherwise he could try to kill them, or just kill Piccolo and Gohan (the ones he can identify as potential future threats), and then try to force humans to obey him as king of Earth. Though, now I think about it he may not kill Piccolo, to keep the English-speaking dragon balls. Thing is he can't even take Piccolo's arm off to weaken him, as he can grow it back - so he'd need to ve confident that he will always stay ahead of Piccolo's power, which I can imagine him thinking. So maybe he kills Gohan, doesn't kill Piccolo, then makes himself king of Earth. I don't know what he enjoys doing, but he could force people to bring him food and have sex with him.
Then gets killed by Freeza almost a year later,or maybe not if he's acquired immortality (and possibly can get lots of zenkais during a fight with Freeza and Cold, unless he can't regenerate from the injuries they give him). But Freeza ends his reign, either by killing him or destroying Earth. Unless Vegeta somehow dupes Freeza by stealing his ship and goes into space, leaving Freeza and Cold stranded, then Vegeta could destroy the Earth, in an effort to kill Freeza and Cold (which could maybe work if it damages them enough. I don't know how much longer Freeza would have survived if Cold hadn't found him after Namek's destruction). Out in space Vegeta he would be the strongest, with Freeza and Cold gone.

Pretty sure the condition was to bring back everyone killed by Frieza and his men, which is why the village Vegeta slaughtered didn't come back since he went rogue.

He had his sights set on taking down the Super Saiyan version of Goku. When there's someone with a massive power lead (like Frieza, a big part of his immortality plan), he's willing to play the waiting game to work towards overcoming them.
