17 vs 18

What do you see the gap being? The guide page in the manga seems to imply that 18 is much weaker imo, but I'm not sure by how much.

I have a noticeable difference between them. While Gero suppressing 18 compared to 17 (due to making her not disobedient like 17) wouldn't make sense if it was by a slight amount, there's that line from 16, in which weighted Kamiccolo rivals both androids, indicating that there's not a huge difference between them. I generally have 18 as a distant rival (or maybe as not even a rival, depending how one interpret that type of gap), with weighted Kamiccolo in the middle of them:

Android 18 : 87.5
W. Kamiccolo : 90
Android 17 : 100

Distant rival, or 90%, although if we take the implications that 18 couldn't defeat Trunks, Vegeta, and Piccolo together seriously, while 17 dispatched them with little effort, the gap could be huge.

The manga (at least viz) doesn't say there is a big gap between them, it just says Seventeen is stronger. Also, Sixteen talked
about them as if they are in the same range of power.

I really don't think it's enough to make any big deal of unless you directly compare them. They're both stronger than cell and the saiyans.
