19 gets completely wrecked by either of them solo. Perhaps he can caught Trunks if he’s not aware of absorptions, but I think Goku could win even without that knowledge initially.

I think 19's stronger than them individually, although their combined efforts would prove to be too much for him. while it's true that he may be able to catch them off guard with his ability of absorbing chi, assuming the SSJs don't know it, I think they are more likely to get caught off guard by having a chi blast absorbed, which wouldn't be too much detrimental.

I'd say it'd depend how good the two Saiyans' teamwork is. If not that great, #19 ought to have the power and advantage of energy absorption to beat them. If their teamwork is good and they put in such tactics as Goku using Shunkan Ido strategically whilst Trunks lands some off-guard hits because of that, then I'd say they could take it. In either case, it would be a high-diff situation for either side.
