Which is stronger and by how much?

I'd say #19 post is stronger, though the difference isn't too big. Never saw that big of a reason to keep #20 above even pre absorbing energy and #19's feat of drawing blood from Vegeta when punching him and "greatly increasing" his powa with the KMHMH ought to place him in a pretty respectable range. Still, #20 regains his status of stronger when absorbing Vegeta's blast and Piccolo.

19 fought Super Saiyan Goku and went he was done Goku was a normal-looking saiyan (he'll never be normal). So he absorbed 98% of Goku's power. 19 fucking STOMPS the old man through his gate, onto the table for a new hip replacement.

Logically, #20 should be the superior one. He refused to activate the others because he couldn't control them, so it stands to reason he'd be able to control #19 in case of disobedience, even if by force. The manga gives us little evidence if any, but Daizenshuu 7 does state in Gero's bio that he's superior to #19 without specifying whether it's pre or post, so it's probably a overall comparison.

As by how much, it's by enough that #19 can absorb the energy of two Super Saiyans and still be below #20.
