When Yamcha is about to fight Jackie Chun, he says "I don't feel an ounce of battle spirit in him either..."

What does this mean?

That Jackie Chan was acting norchanlantly despite the fight was started.

I assume it's that Jackie Chun looked like he wasn't about to start fighting, even-though the fight was about to start. Like no fighting-stance and other more complicated stuff.

 

[Let's Go Fearless!]

Or his fighting ki wasn't there.
