I like the gap to be a bit tighter.

King Chappa being 91% of Yamcha and being 87% of Krillen really makes the shock value hold a bit more true and Yamcha's statement of " I didn't think anyone could beat him that easy ".

Chappa being 83% of Goku puts him just at that range where he can start getting stomped while still putting up a fight against Krillen and Yamcha. 83% range is what I classify Dodoria vs Vegeta as, so I think it's fair.

It's a tough squeeze, but I like them closed this way more. You look like you definitely know what the hell you are doing though, I look forward to seeing more of your numbers.

Full-Power Master-Roshi can be somewhere around Match-Level Goku (but definitely not stronger I think), I think.

I'd not put Kuririn that stronger than Yamcha, they should be way close in power, like Yamcha being 96% of Kuririn. I also don't like Goku (Vs Chapa) being that stronger than Yamcha since Roshi said that the three could win the tournament.

Chaozu being 90% of Kuririn seems quite a gap for what the fight suggests, Kuririn really had a tough time with Tenshinhan's friend.

Goku ( Match Level ) should be stronger than Roshi ( Full Power ), but only slightly.

Nothing suggests that there is any difference in power / speed between Chaozu and Krillen. They are equals or at least rivals.

Was Goku at tournament level vs Krillin? Roshi couldn't keep track of his movement at one point and thought he dissapeared, so I'd say that Goku at that level is quite superior to Roshi since that's when Roshi admits that Goku may have surpassed him already

Goku used more power when he was evenly matched with Krillin than what he'd used against Chappa.
