23rd Goku and Piccolo Reserve Power

When Piccolo was worn out, but still stated to have enough power to beat all the fighters at once, what % of his full power was he at? If memory serves I recall Piccolo was so worn out that it was surprising that he still had so much power..

I think that half or less than half should be enough IMO. Goku and Piccolo were too strong compare to the other geeks.

Bringing in scouter numbers as a scale for Ki, obviously not very much.

Ignoring them because "muh gaps", we've only got energy levels to judge it on. Goku and Piccolo could both endure each other's trump cards, with Piccolo's being a Small Country level one. The two should be on the same tier based on that, so even 10% would be enough to casually wreck everyone else.

I'd think they were at less than half of their powers. Piccolo could barely stand on two feet or keep his eyes open and Goku was flat out crippled. Scouters would dictate they barely lost any power, though.

I have Piccolo at that moment with 16% of his true power.
