23rd Goku/Piccolo vs Kami

How big of a difference do you think there was between these guys?

I’m thinking this could be massive. Piccolo looked as roughed up as Vegeta at the end of the Saiyan Saga and he could still take on everyone. And Goku was tetraplegic ffs.

Yeah it was to the point that Kami needed Tenshinhan to kill him in order to stop Piccolo. Extremely weak Piccolo >>>> Kami/Ten/Krillin/Yamcha/Roshi.

Yeah this is similar to what I'd have but a bit more extreme. Do you think Tenshinhan needs to be that weak?

Tenshinhan (TB23) is extremely powerful, I have Piccolo Daimao with 0.016.

The gaps between characters are tremendous, Mr. Popo was multiple times more powerful than Goku (Post Piccolo Daimao). Kamisama was even more powerful than Mr. Popo.

I have Tenshinhan (BoZ) between Mr. Popo and Kamisama.

Yeah I don't see that being possible. Gohan in the Cell Games with a broken arm was brought to 50% of his power. Goku and Piccolo were in much worse condition than that.

Except that most of Gohan's damage was just in his head. When Goku encouraged him, he got above 50% and, at the end of the beam struggle, he got close to 100%.

Also, Piccolo had no broken arms in the battle.
