Fourth Form Cooler was only equal to Base Goku (Movie 5), and I doubt the Toei Hax exists in that movie (Some say it does, but I personally don't believe it).

King Cold is "somewhat inferior" to Final Form Frieza (100% FP), implying that he may be at 100 million or so.

So, King Cold tools his son IMO.

I also thought about 80-100 million for King Cold as well.

Base Movie 5 Goku is beefy tho...

Yeah I think Cold would win. He's considered useful against SS Goku by Freeza and Cooler was slightly weaker than Base Goku.

Possible counter opinion: cooler mentions being behind his brother but there was no certain mention of his father this could imply that he was 2nd.

King Cold wrecks. The hax logic for Movie 5 doesn't sit well with me, considering Coola went on to state that Super Saiyan must've been what Goku used to defeat Freeza, heavily implying that 100% Freeza > M5 Kaioken x20 Goku.

I Have King Cold around 90,000,000 , and 4th Form Cooler over 110,000,000 , IMO, Cooler wins
