4th Form Freeza runs the training Gauntlet

1 day of training - Freeza is on Namek and asks Goku to give him 1 full day to train and then they will resume their battle.
3 days of training - Freeza arrives on Earth after 3 days of training in his Mecha form, can he beat Trunks and Goku?
7 days of training - The Androids arrive and Freeza undergoes a full week of training in preparation for them, this includes Android 16.
14 days of training - Perfect Cell is finally complete and Kid Gohan has become a Super Saiyan 2, what happens?
1 month of training - Innocent Boo is finally released and is going on a rampage, Freeza intends to stop him.
1.5 months of training - Super Boo finally arrives and immediately engages Freeza.
2 months of training - Super Vegetto arrives and vows to finally put an end to Freeza's rampage.
3 months of training - Vegetto transforms into a Super Saiyan 3 and is aided by Raging Vegeta SSj2.

I went from the end and worked backwards assuming the training was linear e.g. 3 month Freeza is 75% of Freeza, 2 month, is 50% etc.
