4th Form Freeza's Ki

When 4th Form Freeza transforms we see his initial level and his ki is sensed. After that he increases his speed against Vegeta. Does this mean his level of ki increased as well or was he able to hide it? We aren't explicitly told of any power ups until he reaches 50% power, but it's unanimously agreed upon that Freeza has several levels below that. Are each of them giving off a different level of ki?

I thought you meant from his initial level to his speed up. Still, there's a gradual increase in effort that slowly reveals his power.

I don't know if Freeza's Ki control is as refined as that of the Z Fighters, but their power levels change with their effort.

When he's moving with his increased speed? That's a good question.

Well, why wouldn't they be able to read his increased effort? It's not like he's moving in bursts like Goku did against Ginyus.

Can anyone increase their speed without also increasing their power? Why wouldn't they go hand in hand?

Sorry, I thought I explained that better before. But yeah, I do think it’s a higher level. Would be really weird if they were sensing Freeza ~ Vegeta while Freeza blitzes Vegeta.

Looking at the scene, no one even says anything about Vegeta vs Freeza. They're just nervous and confused, closest thing we have is Piccolo asking Vegeta "You really think you can do this?". It's like there's no Ki sensing in this scene, they'll just have to watch it.

But when Freeza dodges Vegeta, he says "I just had to get serious and raise my speed". This pretty much confirms the level up right? Then he stays on this level until the no hands section.

Well, he didn't stay on that level the whole time. He went back down in power for a while when he fought Goku.

But yeah, if someone mentions a speed up or a power-up, I'm going to assume they are connected unless otherwise notified.

The shock in kicking back the blast could be them not accounting for the power there. Like how they didn't account for 3rd Form Freeza's speed. It's just false assumption based on desperate delusion.
