I think Shin and Goku were counting on Gohan Beating Boo as a SSJ, so if this is SSJ Gohan he stomps.

Pure Evil Boo should be significantly behind Fat Boo, whereas Goku only saying that Boo's still stronger or "I don't know about that" depending on the translation, the gap between Post-Z Sword Gohan and Fatty shouldn't be too high. Gohan wins as long as he fights seriously and stays mindful of Boo's candy beam.
