50% Whis would basically be 75% Beerus, so he suffers a similar defeat to that of MUI Galu only with Jiren winning more easily, imo.

Assuming the gaps between Beerus and Whis still apply, that would make him slightly weaker than Beerus. And I suppose that Jiren was still weaker than Beerus, since he was only said to be above Belmod. However, judging from the Exhibition Match of the Hakaishins, Belmod shouldn't be that much weaker than Beerus, so Jiren must be close to him in power.

With that said, I think Whis wins due to his Time Rewind ability, as well as his Ultra Instinct giving him an edge in terms of speed.

I don't think Temporal Do-Over would really be that useful in-battle. Whis may be able to use it to get out of a difficult part and change his tactics, but once he changes his tactics in the rematch, Jiren will do the same in order to counter Whis rather than being a rehash of their first battle. Also, it doesn't seem as though it restores the stamina of those using the ability, so if anything, it'd put Whis at a disadvantage.

Nah idk, Broly keeps powering up throughout the entire fight so I guess powered up later. Still SSjin Gogeta should be a lot stronger than SSjinB Goku and Vegeta. Either way, if a Suppressed Whis is able to toy someone (Broly) SSjin Gogeta's level then I don't think even Broly's last power up can keep up against 50% Whis. So in short

Whis 50% >>> Whis (Toying) > SSjin Broly (Final power up) > Beerus > Jiren > SSjin Gogeta ~ Broly

Toying with an opponent doesn't really require a 2x gap or anything close to that. 18k Vegeta was practically toying with KKx2 Galu and 24k Vegeta ragdolled Dodoria, despite the gap in both cases being more or less in the 1.1x area. Take into account that Whis focuses heavily on his skill as a martial artist and teaches his students to concentrate all their strength into even the simplest actions and him replicating the same feat whilst still retaining the 1.5x lead over Beerus mentioned still works out.

If MUI Goku is above Beerus then Whis should be a lot greater than that for someone like him who knows and probably using UI all the time. If we're using Tori's numbers for this topic only then I can agree that this would likely an even match. That fight with Whis and Broly looks more like Beerus and SSjin3 Goku to me.
