Hard to say as this is a hypothetical Vegetto, but considering SS3 Vegetto is implied to be of relevance to SS4 Goku based on the promotional material statement, as well as SS4 Z Vegetto naturally being stronger than SS3 EoZ Vegetto, I'd go with Vegetto here.

I'd probably say the Hakaishin siblings take this. Whis only said that SSJ Blue Goku/Vegeta would be capable of fighting evenly with Beerus with good teamwork. Adding in someone who's not too much stronger and far less compatible as a team player isn't going to help much, unless they were just facing Beerus or Champa 1 on 3.
