A new approach on Oozaru

The way Raditz talks about it (when the full moon appears, our true powers are revealed) makes me believe it's not a multiplier tied to one's
base power. Maybe Oozaru is a standard power level, like Super Saiyan God, and all Oozarus have the same power. How about it?

Also that would mean that 21st Budokai Oozaru Goku = Saiyan Arc Oozaru Vegeta, which isn't the case.

There's really no special meaning to that. A saiyans true power is just 10x normal.

Unless toriyama hadn't ironed out specifics until vegeta explains it, then it's just a statement in a more general sense until we know more.

Why not? Goku was supposed to be able to kill everybody on Earth with Oozaru, so Baby Oozaru> Kami

How would whoever sent Goku to Earth possibly know how strong Kami is?

How would any of the saiyans know there was a namekian on earth? Goku as a boy was stronger than almost everyone born on earth without turning into a giant murder ape.

I'm pretty sure it's a multiplier as Vegeta said otherwise Oozaru Gohan would've been as strong as Vegeta and Piccolo would've never had the chance to destroy the moon.

Does "true power" mean the individual Saiyan's dormant power released?

10x multiplier is the true answer, huh?

In my point of view true power just refers to their furthest extent of power at that time. Which is 100 if you are a 10, 2,000 if you are a 200. Etc. Like. 18,000 wouldn't really be considered vegeta's "true power" if he can go to 180,000

Because within 1 day of him being in the wilderness, he went from having a battle power of 1 to being > Piccolo as an Oozaru. I wouldn't say it's worth excluding him from this though, since you could say he simply gained that much strength via plot (he made a 710x increase from just being upset several hours before after all).

Well, Raditz did see Piccolo, and still said Goku could have easily killed most of the eart in some-time as an Oozaru (not even a lot of time).

Yeah i feel that gohan is the same strength as the one in the pod.
