After Goku left with Oob, what happened on TB28?

All we know is that Pan defeated Goten in the final. What happened to the others? Vegeta when he saw that Goku was gone, he also retired? Goten defeated Mr. Boo? Who eliminated Trunks?

The only source we have to go on is the anime, in which it was cancelled. Goten VS Pan wasn't an official match, but an exhibition one.

Vegeta would one shot any competition if the tournament continued. I doubt it would go on without Galu though.

Yeah, even if assuming it wasn't cancelled in the manga, the only two reasons Vegeta had to enter the Budokai had just flown off. He'd probably have dropped out immediately after that. Most likely Goten and Trunks would too considering they only entered due to their fathers pressuring them and Goten knew he'd lose to Boo anyway. That makes it even more likely it'd be cancelled in either continuity, considering the alternative would be another Battle Royale and Mr. Satan probably wouldn't want to risk Pan beating him before Boo can defeat her.
