I'm legit surprised Tights is related to Bulma. From what volume 1 showed, Tights is a good girl. Might be a little spoiled but is nothing on the of Bulma who showed no redeeming qualities till after the Pilaf Saga. Not to mention the only time Tights ever (understandably) set off on someone is when Jaco pissed on her whereas Bulma sets off whenever she doesn't get her way like a spoiled princess. Tights didn't even want special treatment.

I ask, how'd Dr. Briefs and Panty raise a child to be a good functioning person with a future of her ownwhile raising the other to be a complete b**** if not for Goku?

I enjoyed tights as a character much more than Bulma. Bulma acted like a turd until around the Saiyan saga, which is when I started to come around on her. Tights on the other hand had some of Bulma's good qualities, like independence and book smarts, but also had some better core values, such as wanting to help and believing in her friends when things were down.
