Why did Kye Wol Hyang die when she stabbeb herself again? Didn't Aji Take state she couldn't die anymore since she had already died? I got confused in this part.

It's not really explained per se. It's stated she was able to die because her love for Munsu moved even the heavens or some shit, and it was beyond Aji-Tae's comprehension how that was possible.

I see. I figured it had something else to it.

Do you remember that when Munsu traveled to the West a serial killer was on the loose killing ppl and collecting their bodies for dark purposes? Then it seems the guardians arrived at the place and were about to kill the killer... but then one of the generals got cursed by the devil and became a possessed being... and then Aji-tae absorbed the "good" part of his? Dunno if I got this part confused, but is that what's about?

Basically that serial killer guy ended up awakening a devil similar to Aji-Tae, and Aji-Tae used part of his power (that black feather) to perform that incantation that transferred Gye Wol Hyang's disease to Munsu. He could have easily done this with his own power, but he wanted to disrupt that other devil's stability so he can swallow him whole.

Ic. That makes sense. The demon that awakened at the end ended up taking that serial killer's body, or did he take the body of that guardian man that came with the goal of arresting him?

Seems like it took the body of the guardian man, since they have the same face.
