@Super Saiyan - do you think Yamcha should be considerably stronger than Bacterian? Well, Yamcha should still be way weaker than Kuririn (given both performances against Kame-Sen'nin) and I feel Bacteria should be at least considerably above that tall Orin Temple Bullie due to not getting knocked unconscious by Kuririn's kick (that was even praised by Kame-Sen'nin).

I actually don't know where to place Ranfan. My heart says she's like weaker than beggining of Dragon Ball Goku, but my reasons says she should be like at 21st Budokai Kuririn's level, based on her feats against Namu.

Yeah, I think it might feel a little weird, but considering the implied gaps in the 23rd Budokai, Kami should be way, way, way stronger than Popo IMO. I don't see a need to have Popo above the unweighted Goku who tooled Tenshinhan. Kami was far above Tenshinhan's estimations of full power Goku, who was expected to be way stronger than the Goku who tooled Tenshithands, who, like I said, I see at Popo's level. It might be a bit baseless to have Popo exactly equal to 'tooling Tenshinhan Goku', but it's how I like it lol.

Also Master-Roshi defeated Kuririn in one-shot at the 21st Tournament, can that really be a 1.25x gap only?

Well I went with only a 1.25x gap because Kame-Sen'nin was still not serious against Kuririn (as implied later after Namu's defeat), so if I went with the 1.5 route, the gap between a full power Roshi and his bald disciple would be more than I'd like haha. But I think it could be explained by Roshi hitting Kuririn in a pressure point.

Well, I don't see a problem with this. Goku and Kuririn were running away from the Dinosaur as part of their training IMO. Now that I'm remembering, Kuririn seemed to be afraid of that Dinosaur style Ceratopsídeo, right? Hmm, I don't know what to think about it.

2. Sergeant Metallic must be closer to 21st TB finalists; Goku implied he could have taken the tournament.

Goku only said Metallic should have entered the tornament, this doesn't imply he could have taken them or something. Besides, Metallic's resilience should play a factor in that too. While I see him way stronger than Kuririn, I don't see him as that close to Goku and Jackie (though I have him fairly close to that - 106/120). Goku was winning the fight and yet not going all-out.

3. Pirate Robot should be close to Goku.

I think Goku only used his full power against General Blue, as Kuririn still didn't realize Goku got stronger when him was fighting the Pirate Robot. Also, I feel Blue should be stronger than the Pirate Robot. Just look at Kuririn's reactions after being hit by both of them: while he thought the Pirate Robot was pretty strong, his reactions towards Blue were more intense.

4. Blue should be closer to Krillin than to Goku.

Why? I see the opposite. Blue was effortlessly defeating Kuririn (look at his facial expressions), even laughing at such feat. Goku was taking Blue serious, given his facial expressions of effort. I see Kuririn vs Blue more like a 75/100 type of gap, while Goku vs Blue should be more like 80/100~83/100.

5. The shrimp Red is 2x Farmer? Lol

Eh, I didn't put much thought into this. Sure, he should be lower.

Well, I have him 1.6x+ stronger than Mummy. That's enough for him to be confident in defeating someone who could one-shot Mummy. Why do you think the gap should be bigger?

Well, like I said in another thread I see Goku's speed reaction improving considerably as well, as it was emphasized by Tenshinhan more than once.

I think Goku's 'eyes catching up to Tenshinhan" is thanks to his superior reaction speed or something like this.

I don't think so:

Context: after Goku beats Tenshinhan
Yamcha: “That was close…”
Tenshinhan: “No, it wasn’t…Frankly, his strength was on a different level…To think that he’s improved this much. What’s more, that bastard…it seems that he still hasn’t put out anywhere near his true ability. That’s right…he didn’t even fire a single Kamehameha…It hurts my pride…Just what the hell kind of training has he been doing?...”

Later when he watches Kami and Piccolo fighting, he says their powers are inconceivable.

Chapter: 181, P1.5-6
Context: as Shen and Piccolo fight
Kame-sennin: “Th…they’re too strong…”
Bulma: “H…how can these two exist…?”
Yamcha: “Da…dammit…So that’s why we couldn’t win.”
Tenshinhan: “There’s no helping it…They far surpass any level ordinarily conceivable.”

Considering he had just conceived Goku to be far stronger than his unweighted power, this implies Kami and Piccolo fighting against each other are >>> Tenshinhan's estimations of full power Goku.

Tenshinhan also said this:

Chapter: 182, P8.4-5
Kuririn: “What’s going to happen…?! He’s abnormally strong…Even God lost to him…!”
Tenshinhan:“That’s true…Frankly, even if we all ganged up on him, we’d still be no match.”

Tenshinhan admits that even if they gang up, they'd be no match for Piccolo's Junior, further proving that the level Kami and Piccolo Junior fought was far above the level Tenshinhan figure Goku's true ability to be at.

Dracula-Man could be. Yamcha could have just become higher. Mummy-kun for example didn't one-shot Yamcha and his fight, in my opinion, was less impressive than how Master-Roshi defeated Yamcha at the Tournament, yet Mummy-kun was implied to be higher than Master-Roshi.

I think it's definitely possible Yamcha got higher.

4. Goku one shotted Blue once he got serious. Even though Blue was not unconscious and i think Rock Paper Scissors fist is not a plain punch
but must have some sort of physical amplification, that makes me feel Goku/Blue gap is larger than Blue/Krillin.
8. I don't think Goku was placed in the ''ordinarily conceivable'' category by Tien. Also, Ten did not include Goku in his ''ganging up'' statement,
because, right after that, Yamcha says they should place their hopes on Goku and Ten does not contradict it.

I find it very good list. What if, Piccolo (TB23 / Initial) must be> Piccolo Daimaku Young (100%), considering the declaration of Goku to initially see, the latter said "Piccolo Daimaku not compare to this Piccolo".

  I personally:
