Taliban actually got the most real combat experience against US/NATO/Pakistan/Afghanistan/USSR, but rely on local knowledge/terrain and hopping an international border to escape legit armies (who can't cross the border without getting into trouble for going outside their territory/designated warzone) a lot.

Really I doubt it would ever end, just some of them would get the upper hand. Probs whoever has the most money. Although why the f they would go on a global war idk.
