It supposedly reveals the location of Pluton. Is it referring to the location of the blueprints, or does the ship somehow exist somewhere?

I'm assuming the actual ship exists somewhere. Otherwise franky would be as hunted as Robin is for his knowledge of them.

I wonder how nobody has found it, unless it is at Raftel along with Uranus, whatever that even is.

There seems to be a lot of things that no one other than Roger ever discovered. Like has anyone else discovered the Road Poneyglyphs? Roger's conversation with Whitebead seemed to imply that they haven't.

Whitebeard probably didn't give a shit about it.

Somehow Big Mom and Kaido each have one, so they found out about it eventually. Even still, I don't get why Kaido and Big Mom would want to get the 4 Road Poneglyphs. They have nobody in their crew capable of reading them and leading them to Raftel.

I wonder if they know what they're for. For that matter, how was Roger able to use them?

It's tough to say, but if they are seemingly "holding them hostage", then they may understand something. Roger heard all of the voices, and I think that went for the Poneglyphs as well. I think Rayleigh mentioned it at some point - that he couldn't read the text but was able to understand it regardless.
