I'm gonna say team 1 has little chance. Luffy can go against Kizaru, and a little help might allow him to win, but only as long as 5th gear lasts. Maybe together with Bonney he can win? If he runs out of 5th gear, then Law or Kidd definitely need to help Bonney.
Kidd needs a partner to take out Green Bull. Can you just throw a few weaker Supernovas in and get the job done?
Zoro struggles with Fujitora, but add in Law and they could do it.
Or:
Group 1: Urouge, Drake, Apoo, Killer, Hawkins - these contain one admiral, maybe Green Fujitora.
Group 2: out of: G4 Luffy, Law, Kidd, Zoro, Bonney - two contain another admiral
Group 3: out of G4 Luffy, Law, Kidd, Zoro, Bonney - the remaining three look to defeat an admiral together.
When Group 3 wins, one joins Group 1, the other two join Group 2. Then when Group 2 wins, only 1 admiral remains.
Eg
Group 2: Law and Zoro hold off Kizaru.
Group 3: G4 Luffy, Kidd and Bonney defeat Green Bull.
THEN
Group 1: the weaklings, plus G4 Luffy vs Fujitora
Group 2: Law, Zoro, Kidd, Bonney vs Kizaru
THEN:
everyone vs Fujitora. Luffy also uses G5. Poor Fujitora (damn, picking on the blind guy).
