Android #16 vs Papoye

I don't think Boo Arc Base Goku was at #16's level, and based on South Kaio's reaction to Goku's training, it's safe to say Papoi is at best slightly superior to Base Goku, if not equal to or below him. #16 low-diffs imo.

South Kai said Papoye would eat Goku for breakfast. In my books, this is a good fight with Sixteen, who's 1.5x Goku.

Papoi should take this imo, but it depends where you have Base Goku of course. Going by the implication that the kids are around 18 at most, the adults are likely not quite at 16's level. I think 16 wins with high difficulty.

Like SuperSaiyan2 said, it's probable that Goku base was still a bit below #16, considering the base kids were at most at #18's level. But it's also safe to say Papoye was a good deal above base Goku, since the Lord of the Southern Words, though still a bit afraid, was confident in sending Papoye to compete in the Tenkai'chi Budôkai upon seeing base Goku's performance and was just really afraid and discarding such possibility when Goku turned into a SSJ. SSJ Goku >> Papoye > base Goku, the same being valid to #16.
