Android #18 at the time of training for Tournament 25, was strengthened a bit?

I have been thinking the possibility that as Android # 17 strengthened any amount from the GC onwards, it would not surprise me that Android # 18, who was training a month with Krilin, has strengthened slightly.

  Anyway I still have: Android # 17 (Androids)> Android # 18 (TB25)> Android # 18 (Android).

  What do you think?

None of them gained that much of power even Gohan after training in weeks still consider as trash as Vegeta. Their training is more like polishing their skills that's all IMO.

I have no problem with having Android # 18 marginally stronger. Something like:

Android # 18 (Android) = 34
Android # 18 (TB25) = 35
Android # 17 (Android) = 38.4

  After all, I would not wonder that Android # 18 after training for a month with the motivation to win a prize, manage to become even stronger.
