#20 is somewhat faster, though I doubt this is a correlation of speed with power, otherwise scaling with the post Artificial Humans with Piccolo and the SSJs becomes way more awkward. #19 should win with high diff at most.

Gero only had his "overweight geisha" blueprints left.

For the record I'll take 20 pre. When 19 asks to fight Vegeta, Gero let's him do so begrudgingly and doesn't want him hogging all the ki. He would know how much it would take to let 19 surpass him, and I don't think Gero was willing to let him get too far ahead.

I agree 19 wins but uh Gero isn't exactly dumb. He created androids and last I checked that's not something normal people can do. 19 also is a complete moron and probably couldn't do anything without Gero.

What i'm taking about was when he thought he could beat SSJ Vegeta by just adding the Z shenshi power to his own.

I feel Android 20 held the edge in base power, but Android 19 was able to narrow that gap and take the lead after taking energy from Goku and Vegeta respectively. Meaning, Goku's energy was enough to put him a notch below his creator, and Vegeta's energy pushed him right past said caliber. That said, any gap that Android 19 acquired over Android 20 was likely closed when the latter himself had the opportunity to obtain energy.

A little power comparison pertaining to these two:

Android 20 (post) > Android 19 (post Vegeta) > Android 20 (pre) > / = Android 19 (post Goku)
