I actually think this would be a good fight. I think Gohan has the slight advantage in power, but Android #19 has above average durability, at least I remember that being stated, right?

If Gohan is aware of the android's absorption capabilities, I'd be willing to say he wins. If not he loses.

Yeah I thought about this and it seemed reasonably close, so I wanted some opinions. I'm not sure about the stated durability, but I would have given it to 19 anyway.

Gohan probably wins. Nineteen has a chance by exploiting absorption and Gohan's lack of a limb.

Assuming Gohan knows about 19's Ki Absorbing abilities than he stomps. Without them it'll go like Goku vs. 19

#19 ( pre ) withstood several blows of Goku SSJ Sick, which is at least stronger than Goku SSJ Yardrat. So I'd say #19 ( pre ) would be around the level of Trunks SSJ/ Goku SSJ Yardrat. I usually have # 19 ( initial ) between Trunks SSJ [Mecha] and Goku SSJ [Yardrat], therefore stronger than Gohan SSJ ( one arm ).

#19 ( initial ) would win, even if Gohan was aware of its absorption capacity.

Even after powering up considerably, #19 still didn't make the cut as being one of the Androids that can easily beat Trunks, so I don't see his pre-absorptions self already being stronger than Trunks.

# 19, after the Absorptions, increased his power considerably. I think an increase of 1.25x in his previous power would be enough. So:

Android #19 ( pre ) is ~ 80% of himself ( post ), which is a pretty fair power up IMO.

Trunks SSJ ( mecha ) is 75% of Android #19 ( post )... I think the Z warriors ( Vegeta included ) expected at least a 1.5x gap ( 66/100 ) between Trunks and the Androids, hence why Trunks called them " monsters ". So a 75/100 gap is not that bad IMO. Future Androids minimum expected would be 360,000,000 IMO.

I'd go so far as to say Mirai Gohan could take out 2 initial Android 19's if he felt like it. With no absorbing of course

I think 19 pre would slaughter here. I'd need to reread the early android arc to be sure though.

This would be an incredibly tough fight for Gohan. I've got him at a tiny power advantage, but Goku with a large power advantage got beaten, so I don't think Gohan would do this. The android's durability is remarkable, and his ability to absorb energy would be the killer for this battle.

I think Gohan surpassed less than 50% #17 by a good amount, which would also be above #19 before absorbing energy. But like the others said, I think the durability and absorption is where #19 might be able to turn the tides in his favor. I don't think Gohan could just finish him with a physical attack. He'd need much more than that. Maybe a sustained beating would be enough, but it's hard to imagine Gohan not using any power in the battle.

Once #19 absorbs a Masenko or whatever other attack he decides to do, I can see #19 slowly gaining an advantage if Gohan starts to grow a bit fatigue. Pretty interesting fight.

Even without trying to absorb Ki, I'd still give it to #19. His durability should be enough to take anything Gohan can dish out.
