Who's the stronger Android post absorptions: 19 or 20? 20 started out stronger, but 19 absorbed more Ki. But 19 also happened to fight more and might have burned more than he absorbed when fighting Goku and (specially) Vegeta.

Daizenshuu 4 states that #20's basic abilities are "about the same as 19's" whereas Daizenshuu 7 confirms what the manga tells us that #20 > #19, so it's likely that Gero's superiority in their initial levels isn't to a vast degree. That said, #19 was probably the stronger of the two after their absorptions when #19 was stated to have vastly increased his maximum power whereas Gero wasn't noted to have powered up tremendously from absorbing Vegeta's Ki blast or giving Piccolo the succ. The only thing countering this idea is Gero being faster than Vegeta expected, though that could easily be due to the difference in their designs with #19 being more rotund and tanky whereas Gero is better built for being nimble.

Same reason why Shin and Kibito would provide nothing to Boo - Gero can't absorb the energy of a GOD . He already expended all his God Ki to create Ssjin3 Kibito

That shouldn't really matter. Vegeta was already using his eyes to track 19 and was not once taken aback by his speed. I don't see why he'd have any reason to underestimate Gero's speed if Gero was slower than 19.

As for the thread, I think 20 is stronger by a small amount. He absorbed Yamchad, Vegeta's blast, and suppressed Piccolo. That should be enough for him to maintain the lead he had pre-absorptions, albeit by very slim margins.

I think 20 was so much stronger prior to absorptions that even 19 absorbing a good deal of Goku's ki didn't put him above 20's post-absorption state.

Tracking someone in melee range with eyesight and on a levelled ground is quite a bit different than tracking someone running away a great distance below you though.

Gero can still be faster than #19 even if inferior in power, considering they don't necessarily use Ki in the same way others do and have fairly different builds. There are already many more examples of someone having a greater level of speed despite lagging behind in power, such as #17 in his fight with Piccolo or Goku when fighting Ginyu.
