How do you think 19 & 20's absorption works? I believe it's straight up addition.

Straight up addition unless you're absorbing a ki blast, where you obviously wouldn't increase your power by the power reading of the blast you absorbed.

Absorbing a ki blast gives them whatever amount of ki was contained in the blast, which is distinct from the amount of battle power it has. Battle power is all about concentration (Raditz makes this clear); when it's absorbed, it becomes less concentrated.

Yamcha's maximum power (5000) was coincidentally just enough to be mistaken for a suppressed Goku

Not necessary. If most beings they absorbed were at 5, then, a PL at the thousands was a good source
compared to the others.

A Super Saiyan boost of 3-5x works best with Gero's implications during this time. They should all make it at least in the low millions if not higher.
