Anime Killi Meter Reveals SSJ2 Boost

Each tick is 1,000 killi. Super Saiyan goes up to 3 ticks, Super Saiyan 2 seems to go up to about 8 ticks.

I think this is probably the most concrete evidence we have of what the anime portrays the Super Saiyan 2 boost as being.

Also, Babidi never seems to suggest that 3,000 killi can defeat Dabura and Dabura says he can handle 3,000 killi and there's no reason for Goku not to be full power here.

I have always viewed SSJ2 boost as 2.5x-3x
