Anime/Manga Characters Designed Based On Celebrities

Any characters that you know their designed is based on celebrities?

I'll start first, Hokuto No Ken has full of Hollywood celebrities designed from the 80s. Kenshiro himself from part 1 is mainly based on Bruce Lee but it changed later in part 2 or perhaps in the middle of part 1 into more like Sylvester Stallone from Cobra. Here's the pic.

A lot of One Piece characters have designs that are tributes to celebrities.

Also, Cobra from Space Adventure Cobra was stated by series creator Buichi Terasawa to have his design inspired by French Actor Jean Paul Belmondo.

Do you think Goku can be also based on Jackie Chan? Not to mention that Roshi as JC and the whole drunken master style that he used against Goku in the tournament.

Conceptually, perhaps, but not aesthetically. Goku's design is purely based on Sun Wukong and Roshi's design is entirely based on God from Dr. Slump, with his character being inspired by several examples of the old wise master archetype.

On the subject of Jackie Chan, both Rock Lee and Might Guy from Naruto are designed based on both Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan.

Monster had this one convict forgot his name who's basically Edmund Kemper but that's a serial-killer. First time I saw that I knew right-away. Couldn't have been anymore obvious. Not a celebrity but yeah.
