Are all Freezamite's theories that bad?

Ok, the one about Freeza>Semi Cell is a little edgy (although i might play with
that someday as well), but the theory about Saiyans reaching their base power's
limits when they achieve SSJ makes great sense. Nothing indicates that, from
that point on, they don't develop just their SSJ power. The base power is never
a factor, except at Babidi's spaceship; even there, we don't know their foes'
(Pocus, Yakon) levels. Even Whisses advice to stop using SSJ so that they could
develop their base into god ki goes towards that direction.

Huh all the problems I can think of for the saiyan's base being weak as fuck come from the Buu saga lol.

I agree with him that power levels are shit and shouldn't be used after Freeza Arc such as the gaps.

I think the biggest problem with the "base Saiyans never increase" theory is that Babidi never tried to turn anyone from Frieza's family into a Majin and it's said he recruits the strongest fighters, so that implies Pui Pui > Frieza. Other than that, it's technically possible. Hell, if you ignore the ideas of dramatic tension and villain progression even Frieza = Semi-Perfect Cell is possible.

That's assuming he came across Freeza or Cold, which isn't a given by any means. Kaioshin assumed Pui-Pui was strong based on the fact that Bobbidi converted Dabra. He wasn't even sure if he had any strong henchmen beforehand.

It's not like Freezer's family was very numerous or easy to reach. We don't even know if Babidi's magic could work on them (it didn't work on Vegeta because he had a big pride, and Freezer had telekinetik powers to protect himself).

Babidi had a lot of strong warriors, but how can Pui Pui (who considered a 10G gravity would make a big difference and was utterly destroyed by base Vegeta) be compared to Freezer is beyond my understandings.

It's not only tecnically possible, it's in fact described in the manga 3 times (the SSJ definition, Vegeta's explanation, old kay's explanation).

Z-Sword Gohan disagrees with this theory.

No, he doesn't. Z-Sword Gohan wasn't at his base state limit because he got weaker due to not training. Of course, if you get weaker because of the lack of training, it's only logical that you can become stronger once you train again.
But if Gohan hadn't stopped his training, his base state would only have increased because of his age (he was a kid against Cell, and a youngster in the Bu saga, and that also counts in DB).
As I've said, the only exceptions to the base state not increasing after becoming a SSJ are:
1. If you get weaker. You can still transform because you've unlocked the transformation, but you're not at your base state limit anymore so it's possible to reach it again if you train.
2. If you are a kid when you learn to transform into a SSJ. Even if he reaches his base state limit of strength, growing and becoming an adult makes you stronger as well.

In both cases there's a pretty logical explanation as to why the base state could increase, and at the same time it's obvious that the limit of the base state is still there like explained in multiple occasions.
