Are there universities or even academic schools in One Piece?

Are there? Or are there religious schools for kids (which is what schools in many places were until like 100 years ago)?

Everyone seems to learn via an apprenticeship.

I guess Ohara Library was like a university in some ways. Some ancient libraries like Alexandria and Baghdad were more university-like than today's libraries, with people traveling from afar to study, discuss and write about intellectual matters.

Which ones? Was there more than Ohara and Vegapunk? Just got to not study the void century to be safe. Study economics, maritime engineering or plumbing.
