Don't know what there is to discuss here. Majin Vegeta was already confirmed stronger than Cell Games Gohan and is more skilled in general. Adding a tail to Vegeta doesn't change that in the slightest.

Because I thought about Gohan's RageBoost, but forgot SUPER made it where RageBoosts aren't exclusive to Gohan anymore.
