A weakened Gohan wasn't that much weaker than Dabura (and it can even be debated he was stronger, and simply sucked because he was out of practice). Do you guys realize how much this cheapens Cell's Zenkai he boasted so highly about?

There is just no evidence that Dabura is SS2 tier other than Goku's comment which contradict the story.

I personally put Dabura at Cell (Vs. Goku/Gohan) level. He struggled to beat MSSJ Gohan and Vegeta is confident he can beat Dabura with no issues. It was said on more than one occasion that Gohan had gotten weaker from slacking off for 7 years. Even so for Dabura to be as strong as Super Perfect Cell or stronger is absurd. If Dabura was as strong or stronger than Super Perfect Cell he would've mopped the floor with Gohan and Vegeta may not have been as confident. While Vegeta may have improven remarkably in those 7 years of peace I doubt he improved enough to overcome Super Perfect or at least overcome him without some degree of difficulty.

Dabura was almost as strong as Cell before he came back. Vegeta or I could've beaten him. Gohan would've won easily if he used Super Saiya-jin 2, but we didn't think it was necessary. :-/

I put Dabra over Full Power Perfect Cell and that works for me because I use SSJ2 Gohan.

Are we trying to imply the aspect of Dabura being anywhere near Zenkai Perfect Cell? I mean we can assume Gohan was an SSj2, nothing in the manga supports this mind you but...sake of argument. That's just not going to put Dabura near the likes of a guy who was breaking the arms of SSj2 Kid Gohan casually.
