Son Gohan is restricted, so it's Dracula Man, Suke, Mummy-kun and Akkuman. If you think they can't do it throw in the mysterious fourth fighter in as well.

I think the 4 of them would stomp the base, but would eventually lose to Blacks Battle Jacket. The Battle Jacket's rocket levelled an entire mountain as well as made Goku feel pain in reflecting it.. Akkuman was unable to do anything significant to Goku, even after using his pitchfork for an advantage. I don't think the group has any chance at countering the rocket.

Akkuman solos due to Akkumite Beam. If it's restricted, the team still win due to their abilities being able to catch Battle Jacket Black off guard.
