The official powers for the Frieza soldiers are far too high to me. The fact that Saiyans are a warrior race implies they were something special, but if everyone and their mother's PL is over 1,000 it doesn't quite work. Not to mention people with powers under 300 can destroy cities but people over 1,000 can't even shoot ki on their own? I can accept maybe their blasters are over 1,000 since they thought they could take the warrior Nameks, but the fighters themselves? No way.

With that in mind, Chiaotzu can easily paralyze Banan to stop him using his blaster and kill him.
