I'd place Base Goten as equal to BoGT Base Trunks at this point due to the former having slacked off ever since before GT started and I'd place that Base Trunks slightly below Pure Boo via-scaling. Goten gets wrecked imo without SSJ. With SSJ, he probably stomps.
