Obviously, it doesn't really matter much, but still how strong do you think he was?

I'd say maybe quite a bit above Majin Vegeta, but that's just because of the way it was build-up.

Gotenks is weaker than Vegeta IMO. He just talk shit and was contradicted all the times whenever he talks shit.

Anywhere from slightly stronger than SSj2 Teen Gohan to around SSj2 Majin Vegeta levels.

Post Rosat I would place his base as a bit stronger than his prior SSj, crazy as that sounds.
