base Vegeta and Trunks (CGs) vs SSJ Vegeta and Trunks (androids arc)

Do you think father and son in their base states by the CGs have surpassed their SSJ selves from the Android's arc?

I don’t think they eclipse their former Super Saiyan power while in Base during the Cell Games. From scaling Goten/Trunks vs 18, who are around Cell Games Goku level via scaling, Cell Games Vegeta and Trunks should end up at 70% of that level at most. I believe Android Saga SSJ Vegeta was closer to 18 than 70%.

I'd agree with SSJ2 here. Without incredibly bloating the gaps between prior characters, I'd say it's pretty difficult to have their base selves any stronger than Sick SSJ Goku. There is Cell saying Trunks had improved and being sent flying by a kiai after trash talking what he knew about his prior strength, though that could'v been in reference to his power at the end of Trunks The Story rather than pre-Rosat when considering we have more info on what went down between Trunks and the twins there rather than the inferred battle in between that 3 year gap.
