Goku, its up in the air though how strong vegeta had gotten but it doesnt feel right for me personally to have him stronger than namek goku before he unlocked ssj

Vegeta ought to be stronger than Base Namek Goku for him to act as though SSJ was the only thing keeping Goku ahead of him, so he takes this with high-diff.

Vegeta probably wins this by strength wise but Goku might actually pull off some tricks to win. If this was Freeza who fought Goku before he raised his power into 50% then this would be an interesting match-up.
